He holds Bachelor degree in Accounting from GIMPA and dual MBAs in Business Administration and Aviation Management from Jain University, India. As the Marketing Manager at Seers Consult, Gershon has executed innovative, data-driven campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and client engagement. His previous experience at Sand Technologies Limited honed his skills in business development, data analysis, and operational optimization, enabling him to deliver solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Gershon’s passion for youth empowerment is evident in his work as a Business Coach for Junior Achievement (JA) Ghana and Delta Airlines Ghana, where he has guided students to achieve remarkable milestones. In 2023, he led his alma mater, Accra Academy, to secure 2nd place in the National Business Pitch Competition (NBPC). In 2024, he extended his mentorship to students from leading institutions like Ashesi University, University of Ghana, UPSA, Academic City University College, and Pentecost University, guiding them to a 2nd-place finish at the Delta Airlines and JA Ghana Innovation Camp. Bee City Farms promotes sustainable beekeeping, empowers small-scale farmers, and leverages blockchain technology for honey production traceability. His vision is to elevate African honey as a global symbol of quality and authenticity while advancing environmental sustainability. As a Certified Civic Leader by the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI), Gershon is committed to creating scalable solutions that address societal challenges, empower communities, and foster innovation.
